Japan 2012
I travelled in a group to Japan with Roz in 2012 and it was one of the best experiences of my life. One of the main things we did while there was climb Mount Fuji!
Roz made sure we all knew when to meet her in the lobby of our hostel, walked us to the train station, pre-purchased our bus tickets, arranged our transportation to the foot of the mountain, and pre-planned what route we’d take up the mountain, including suggested rest stops and common souvenir items you could get along the way. She made sure we had supplies and were comfortable in addition to having us climb overnight to avoid the summer heat and be able to witness the sunrise when we reached the top. In addition to climbing the mountain with us, she also documented our journey with her camera along the way which was really nice to not have to worry about or carry ourselves.
The pictures I have from this trip are some of the most iconic scenes I’ve ever witnessed and the whole experience was priceless. Highly recommend booking with her if you want an interactive cultural experience that will change your life.
